Our rates are between 8%-15% depending on location, property type and the services you will need. Specializing in EPMI we are the only management company in Rochester that provides fast, professional and cost effective take overs from non performing or poorly managed properties. Our EPMI service quickly re assesses your property or properties that have non paying tenants, violations and or repairs, City issues, re-establishes placement of good tenants with good rental histories, working with you on a daily basis if needed until your investment is up and running smoothly.

The key to good management is communication with both owner and tenant. Working with you one on one if you live local, out of state or even out of country. We will be there for you any hour of the day until your property is running at 110%. Our goals are the very same as yours. All our work is done by contact with before & after photo's. The Folks at Property Solutions of Rochester are as good as it gets. Our houses are well cared for, continually generate profits and, I don't do a thing. I used to chase tenants, fill vacancies, make repairs and do everything else associated with being a landlord. Now I simply talk with Wendy and Carl via phone or email and they do the rest for me. Add this to the fact that thier rates are highly competitive and using them becomes a no brainer. They stand out above the rest. Highly recommended!!!
